At Villa Dwellers we take the quality of every JuicyCane bottle seriously. Your satisfaction matters to us and we want to make sure every order meets your expectations.
Our Freshness Guarantee
Every bottle of JuicyCane is made fresh and inspected before delivery. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or in a condition that is clearly different from what was described, we will replace it at no cost to you.
When We Offer a Refund or Replacement
We offer a full replacement or refund in these situations. Your bottle arrived damaged or leaking. The wrong flavour was delivered. Your order did not arrive at all and we cannot confirm delivery. The product quality is significantly different from what was described.
What We Cannot Refund
Because JuicyCane is a fresh perishable food product we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or bottles that have been stored incorrectly. We also cannot refund orders where the customer provided an incorrect delivery address or was unavailable to receive the order after multiple contact attempts.
How To Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send a WhatsApp message to 09011141943 or 08093469346 with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 2 hours during business hours and resolve your concern immediately.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Bank transfer refunds go directly to your account. We do not charge any fees for approved refunds.
